Capital Pink Hair Terms of Service & Policy

 

By placing an order with Capital Pink Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the unique and custom nature of each wig and hair unit, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Each item is handcrafted specifically for you, which prevents us from reselling it.

60-Day Customer Satisfaction Period

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience an issue with your order (e.g., a craftsmanship error or a problem with the construction of the unit), you have a 60-day period from the date of delivery to contact us for a repair or replacement. This policy covers issues related to our workmanship, not damage caused by the consumer.

Order Processing & Shipping

All wigs are considered pre-order. Please allow up to two weeks (14 business days) for your unit to be constructed and processed. Once the unit is complete, it will be shipped with a standard shipping time of 3-5 business days.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product descriptions, and content on the Capital Pink Hair website and social media channels are the exclusive intellectual property of Capital Pink Hair. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our content without express written permission.

Product Information & Care

Human Hair: All of our wigs are made with 100% human hair and can be styled, dyed, and treated just like your own hair. However, any damage that occurs after you have altered or treated the hair is the responsibility of the consumer.

Wear and Care: For the longevity of your unit, we recommend the following:

  • Remove Your Unit at Night: Our wigs are not designed to be slept in. We strongly advise taking your unit off before bed.

  • Regular Wear and Tear: As with any human hair product, a normal amount of shedding is to be expected over time. This is a natural occurrence and not a defect and is referring to our 4C “Kiki Wig”. This is a chemically altered texture and you will experience some shedding as Virgin Human Hair does. Our Raw Vietnamese Unit is completely Unprocessed and will give little to no shedding. 

  • Proper Maintenance: The care and maintenance of your unit is the responsibility of the consumer. Please treat your wig as you would the hair on your scalp. We recommend brushing the hair starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots, and regularly cleansing and conditioning the unit to maintain its health and appearance.
